Trainee & Assistant Managers
Our "Licensed House Manager Training Programme" has been designed to offer a stimulating and professional development programme that is relevant not only to the company's needs but also to the industry as a whole.
Our fast track programme runs for 13 weeks and includes hands on training within one of our outlets and external courses culminating in taking the British Institute of Innkeeping examinations. Successful trainee managers join the relief circuit before they are appointed to a pub to suit their skills and individual needs and development.
